Let's talk about trust

In my previous blog I just wanted to leave something brief and easy to read to keep you guys from leaving. But if your looking at this post that means your definitely interested, so lets get straight into it, who am I and why do I believe that you can trust me. I guess a simple answer would be that if your reading this it means your seeking help from something, and I've been from something. I like to think I can help because I really do understand what it means to be so hurt and alone, wanting so badly to go to sleep and not have to wake up the next day. But on that same note I was able to get out of that place and I believe I can help you get out of there as well. I understand that everyone's situations are unique to themselves and in no way can be comparable to anyone else's, in short there is so one size fits all solution. But I do believe we can help to ease the symptom's and make life a little more bearable, by taking little steps at a time we can reach a brighter place by no time. So why should you trust me? I don't know at the end of the day that decision is up to you, but just know were here for you and only want what will make you happy in the long term.
