Why I started Let's talk

My name is Ernesto Posadas and I'm currently a business student, I know I'm just as confused as you are. Why is a business student starting a blog spot about mental illness and awareness. Well the answer is simple, I know how it feels to be defeated and I want to help others get back up like I did.
